Declaration that Land is a Reserve—Waitawhiriwhiri, Drainage

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 17th day of May 2000:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, local purpose (drainage) reserves within the meaning of the said Act”.

Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Far North District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further vests the said reserve in the Far North District Council, in trust for that purpose.
