Notice by the Secretary of Labour of Recognition of an Organisation to Issue Certificates of Competence Under Regulation 28 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995βCertificates of Competence as a Scaffolder
Pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995, I, R. J. M. Hill, General Manager, Workplace Health and Safety, Department of Labour, acting in accordance with the power delegated to me by the Secretary of Labour, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, hereby give notice that the following organisation is recognised as an organisation that may issue certificates of competence as a scaffolder, in accordance with the requirements of Regulations 29, 30, 31 and 35 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995 and may exercise those powers specified in Regulations 36, 37, 38, 40, 41 and 42 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995:
- The Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation (BCITO).

Declaration of Recognised Clearing House
Pursuant to section 310k of the Companies Act 1993, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand hereby declares the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, in respect of the operation of the Austraclear New Zealand System, to be a recognised clearing house.
The declaration is subject to the following conditions:
- That the membership of the Austraclear New Zealand System continues to substantially comprise financial institutions.
- That any multilateral netting agreement that is subject to the rules of the Austraclear New Zealand System relates to transactions that are financial in nature.
- That the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, in respect of the operation of the Austraclear New Zealand System, complies on an on-going basis with all laws and regulations relating to the operation of the Austraclear New Zealand System.
- That the Financial Services Group of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand provides information on membership of the Austraclear New Zealand System, the nature of transactions, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and any other appropriate matters to the Banking System Department of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand as required by the Banking System Department.

Revocation of Declaration of Recognised Clearing House
Pursuant to section 310k of the Companies Act 1993, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand hereby revokes the declaration of Austraclear New Zealand as a recognised clearing house.

Housing Restructuring Act 1992
Notice of Rate of Interest (for Calculation of Income-Related Rents)
Pursuant to section 50 (1) of the Housing Restructuring Act 1992, the shareholding Ministers of Housing New Zealand Limited give notice that the rate of interest at which the assessable assets of a person generate imputed income, for the purposes of estimating the weekly income of the person, is 4.24% per annum.
In this notice, assessable assets has the meaning given to it by section 50 (2) of the Housing Restructuring Act 1992.

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 300 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Louis Fontaine et Fils Limited
Take notice that I, Geoffrey Mark Dangerfield, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing forty-one point two five one seven hectares (41.2517ha) more or less, being part section 8, Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 4C/747, Marlborough Land Registry, being a property formerly held by Louis Fontaine et Fils Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 13 October 1995, and formerly having its registered office at Auckland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until 14 September 2000.
