This year’s Loss Ratio calculation is reliant on information supplied by energy retailers. As the 2000 figure of 10% differs significantly from the previous four years the reliability of the current year’s ratio is questioned by Electricity Invercargill Limited, and is therefore estimated at 4.0%.
