Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 18th day of September 2000, the following resolution was passed by the company:

That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, the company be wound up voluntarily and Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of September 2000, pursuant to a resolution signed in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
