Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 1999, an application for putting Sutton Workshops Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application, must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
