Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 9th day of March 2000.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 319 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, it is proposed that a request be made to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch to remove Smith-Gard Limited, whose registered office is situated at Christchurch, from the Register.
