Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Mary’s School, Gisborne.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 4th day of September 2000.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Public ruling No.00/09 entitled “Directors’ fees and GST” will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 12, No. 9, of September 2000.

Casino Control Act 1990
Rules of Casino Table Games, Amendment No. 7
Pursuant to section 63 of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority, on 5 September 2000 resolved that, with effect from 7 September 2000, the Rules of Casino Table Games approved to be conducted and played in the licensed casinos at:
(a) 30-38 Victoria Street, Christchurch;
(b) the property bounded by Hobson, Victoria, Federal and Wellesley Streets, Auckland;
(c) Southern Cross Hotel, 118 High Street, Dunedin; and
(d) the property situated at Beach Street and Lake Esplanade, known as the “Steamerwharf Village”, Queenstown,
as set out in the following editions of the New Zealand Gazette:
(a) Supplement, 28 January 1998, No. 8;
(b) Supplement, 29 January 1998, No. 16;
(c) Supplement, 29 January 1999, Nos. 9, 10, 11 and 12;
(d) 9 September 1999, No. 114;
(e) 13 January 2000, No. 1;
(f) Supplement, 20 January 2000, No. 5;
(g) 11 May 2000, No. 49; and
(h) 10 August 2000, No. 89,
be subsequently amended as set out in the Schedule hereto.

Schedule
1.0 Commencement
These amendments shall come into force on 7 September 2000.
2.0 Division 2—Blackjack
Opening of Table for Gaming
Rule 6.4 of this division is hereby deleted and the following substituted:
“6.4 Notwithstanding rule 6.2, when an automatic shuffler is used, each set of 4 to 8 decks of cards may be loaded into the automatic shuffler without visual inspection by any player, after having first been:
(a) chemmy shuffled;
(b) stacked; and
(c) riffle shuffled.”
3.0 Division 15—Pontoon
Table Layout and Equipment
3.1 Rule 3.1 is hereby deleted and the following substituted:
“3.1 Pontoon shall be played at a table having on one side up to seven boxes for the players and on the opposite side a place for the dealer. Each pontoon table shall have a drop box attached to it.
3.2 The layout cloth covering the pontoon table shall:
(a) have areas designated for the placement of wagers;
(b) bear inscriptions to the following effect:
(i) pontoon pays 3 to 2;
(ii) dealer must draw to a hard total of 16 or a soft total of 17; and
(iii) insurance pays 2 to 1; and
(c) be marked in a manner substantially similar to that shown in appendix 1.”
