I, WARREN MATTHEW WRIGHT, of MainPower New Zealand Limited, being the Company Secretary of Mainpower New Zealand Limited, solemnly and sincerely declare that having made all reasonable enquiry to the best of my knowledge, the information attached to this declaration is a true copy of information made available to the public under the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1999 (as amended).
