Biosecurity Act 1993

Approval of the Port of Greymouth as a Place of First Arrival Notice No. 1166

Under section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I have, by written notice dated 5 July 2000, approved the Port of Greymouth as a place of first arrival for craft, with the following limitations:

The approval is for the arrival of cargo vessels except those arriving for the purpose of landing sea containers or machinery.

The notice of approval may be inspected at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (“MAF”) Quarantine Service, 14 Sir William Pickering Drive, Christchurch.
