Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate in Deeds Index 28/755 determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 28th day of September 2000.
