Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

We, David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, liquidators of North West Garden Centre Limited, whose registered office is situated at 109 Cambridge Terrace, Old Library Chambers, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 22nd day of September 2000.

The Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Radford Farms Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 221 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
