Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Gisborne District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve and vests the reserve in the Gisborne District Council in trust for that purpose.
