On the 24th day of January 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Total Energy Systems (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Peter Rodney Taylor, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of February 2000.
