Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 25th day of January 2000, appointed Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Ainger Tomlin, Chartered Accountants, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 1st day of March 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 Paul Francis Lynskey and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Essem Limited (in liquidation) (formerly C. A. Systems Limited) by Michael David Ridley Hanna, chartered accountant of Christchurch, being the resigning liquidator on the 31st day of January 2000.

We advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company, undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group.
