Amending a Gazette Notice Realigning a Road—Brooks Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 8 December 1999 Realigning a Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1999, No. 193, at page 4620, by:

(a) deleting paragraph (b) (i) and substituting it with the following:

(i) (a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/12, subject to mortgage D. 473971.3;

(i) (b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/8, subject to mortgage D. 083619.2

(i) (c) The lands fourthly, seventhly and tenthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/7, subject to mortgage D. 083619.2

(i) (d) The land sixthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 125C/10, subject to mortgage D. 083619.2

(b) deleting the following areas from the First Schedule:

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the 2 notices with the above heading dated the 14th day of June 2000, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 July 2000, No. 78, pages 1897 and 1898, by substituting in the operative clause “of even date” with “published on 24 June 1999, page 1702”.
