Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), for the removal of Delm Investments (Tauranga) Limited, whose registered office is situated at Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by the 21st day of September 2000 (being the date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of EG & G Perkin Elmer Pty Limited, having its registered office at 47 Aintree Avenue, Auckland, intend to make application to the Registrar of Companies for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Take further notice that unless receipt of a notice given by a liquidator in accordance with the provisions of the Ninth Schedule to the Companies Act 1993 is delivered to the Registrar, the Registrar will remove the company accordingly.
