Railway Land to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for Railway Purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 1, Hillgrove, Waitaki District, Otago

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and remains vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road which pursuant to Section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway No 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) declares:

(i) the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) (a) Areas 1 and 3 shall remain vested in the Crown.

(i) (b) Area 2 shall be amalgamated with the land in 2D/557 subject to mortgage no. 786269.6 and 786269.7.

(i) (c) Area 4 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3B/786.

(i) (d) Areas 5 and 6 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 147/48 subject to mortgage No. 786269.6 and 786269.7.

(ii) the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(ii) (a) Areas 1 and 4 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3B/786.

(ii) (b) Areas 2 and 3 shall remain vested in the Crown.

(ii) (c) Area 5 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 147/48 subject to mortgage No. 786269.6 and 786269.7.

(ii) (d) Area 6 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2D/557 subject to mortgage No. 786269.6 and 786269.7.

(d) Declares the land in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119(1) and further declares:

(i) Area 1 shall vest in the Crown.

(ii) Area 2 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3B/786.

(iii) Areas 3 and 4 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2D/557 subject to mortgage No. 786269.6 and 786269.7.

(iv) Areas 5, 6 and 7 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 147/48 subject to mortgage No. 786269.6 and 786269.7.

(e) Pursuant to section 52 (1) declares that the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is set apart for road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(f) Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 declares that the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and further declares:

(i) Areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 shall vest in the Crown.

(ii) Area 11 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 147/48 subject to mortgage No. 786269.6 and 786269.7.
