(b) The land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and will remain vested in the Crown.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 67C/329.

ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16A/104.

Land Acquired for a Recreation Reserve, Cadiz Lane, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, the right to drain water (in gross) granted by transfer 360507/4, the right to drain sewage (in gross) granted by transfer 360507/5, the right to drain water (in gross) granted by transfer 360507/6 and together with the right of way easement created by transfer over lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, D.P. 44537, shown marked “NY”, “JY”, “FY”, and “CY”, specified in easement certificate 360507/7, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) A right of way easement described in the Second Schedule, is hereby created over the land described in the Third Schedule, appurtenant to the land described in the Fourth Schedule on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) A right to drain sewage described in the Fifth Schedule, is hereby created over the land described in the Sixth Schedule, appurtenant to the land described in the Seventh Schedule on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
