Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on the 9th day of December 1999:

“That in exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the far North District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve—Land at Glenmore Street, Wellington

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Wellington City Council on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Amendment to a Notice

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in notice dated the 18th day of November 1999, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 November 1999, No. 177, page 4242, by replacing reference to transfer S. 11479 with transfer S. 414799.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby authorises the exchange of that reserve land described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and further declares that upon completion of the exchange the land so acquired in the second Schedule shall be held for recreation purposes subject to the said Act.
