Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 21st day of December 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Cedric Kahu Kohu of 38 Millers Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from the 31 May 2000, following his conviction on 21 December 1999, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having been previously convicted, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a

1984 Mitsubishi Mirage motor vehicle, registration No. WZ 3862

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Cedric Kahu Kohu, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 21st day of December 1999.
