Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the Court, the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, is to be wound up and that David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, have been appointed as joint and individual liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of December 1999.
