Advertisement of Application of Appointment of Liquidator and for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 15th day of September 1999, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Temptation Chocolates (1999) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 20th day of January 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Temptation Chocolates Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, solicitors, Level 13, Telstra Business Centre, 191-201 Queen Street, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
