Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped—State Highway No. 5, Tarukenga, Rotorua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into the freehold interest in the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 5 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
