Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act, shall form part of State Highway No. 26 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 27, North Kaihere) Hauraki District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20(1) and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into and pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3):

(i) the stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule (now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 59855) be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1B/1182.

(ii) the stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule (now known as Section 3 on S.O. 59855) to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 38B/265, subject to mortgage B. 553600.3 and crossing place B. 430524.2.
