Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 July 1999, and pursuant to section 87J (6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 27 August 1996, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by Air New Zealand to provide for up to 7 code-share services a week to be offered from points in New Zealand, via London to Amsterdam.

Notice of Intention to Consider Varying a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87J (3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an application on behalf of South Pacific Air Charters Limited (Freedom Air), the Minister of Transport intends to consider varying the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline to provide for services from points in New Zealand to Nadi.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington, on or before 10 September 1999.
