On the 9th day of August 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TCTC Limited (in liquidation), be liquidated and that Beth Sarah Wright, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of August 1999.

Note: The company is solvent and the liquidation is being undertaken solely for the purpose of simplification of the affairs of the shareholders.

The company’s business was sold in May 1999.

Paul Francis Lynskey and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Zetland Trading Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of August 1999, the date that the liquidation commenced.

The company was previously named Avon Electric Limited within the last 12 months.

We advise that this was a non trading holding company and that this is a liquidation of a solvent company and is part of the restructuring process of the group.
