Architects Act 1963

Members of the Architects’ Investigation Committee Appointed

The Governor-General has been pleased to appoint, in terms of section 38 of the Architects Act 1963

Deborah Jane Cranko, registered architect, to be a member and the Chair of the Architects’ Investigation Committee, for a term of 3 years, commencing on the date of appointment

on the nomination of the Minister of Internal Affairs;

Thomas Edward Dixon, registered architect, to be a member of the Architects’ Investigation Committee, for a term of 3 years, commencing on the date of appointment

on the nomination of the New Zealand Institute of Architects Inc.;

and

Eileen von Dadelszen for a term of 3 years, commencing on the date of appointment

on the nomination of the Minister of Internal Affairs after consultation with the Minister of Consumer Affairs.

Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Intention to Consider Granting an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87E (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that having received an updated application from TransPac Express Limited (formerly Pacific Air Cargo Limited) of Auckland, the Minister of Transport intends to consider granting the company an international air services licence to operate a B727F and/or A300 cargo service on the following routes:

Auckland-Brisbane-Auckland

Auckland-Noumea-Port Vila-Auckland

and

Auckland-Tonga-Wallis-Apia-Auckland.

Notice of the original application was given in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 August 1998.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this proposal must forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington, on or before 27 August 1999.
