Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 24th day of June 1999, an application for putting Avalon Precuts Limited (formerly known as Jennian Developments Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of September 1999 at 10.45 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicants are Richard Owen Edge and Gary Desmond Davis as executors and trustees in the estates of Ngaio Rita Davis and Desmond Davis, whose address for service is at the offices of McCaw Lewis Chapman, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, McCaw Lewis Centre, 312 Victoria Street (P.O. The notice with the above heading which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 July 1999, Issue No. 83, page 1929, stated that the company Mountain Star Leasing Limited was in liquidation. The order putting the company into liquidation was recalled. It is confirmed that Mountain Star Leasing Limited should not have been advertised as being in liquidation and such notice is hereby revoked.

Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 26th day of July 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Withycombe Farm Limited, be liquidated and that Mr Seumas Gerald Clifford Douglas, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
