Notice of Intention to Remove the Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 or section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the following companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties, the liquidator has delivered the documents referred to, in section 231 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, to the Registrar.

Any objection to removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, or section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the District Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 1927, Dunedin, within 20 working days from the date of this notice.
