Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993

Kenneth James Anderson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives public notice of his acceptance and appointment as liquidator of the above company.

The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of July 1999, by a special resolution of the members of Ray Holdings Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Boss Sauce Company Limited), appointing Kenneth James Anderson as liquidator, following a resolution of the directors confirming that immediately prior to liquidation the company was solvent.
