Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants, both of Christchurch, whose office address is at the firm of Crichton Horne & Associates, chartered accountants, 109 Cambridge Terrace (P.O. Box 3978), Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 19th day of July 1999, they were appointed by Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, to be jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of N A & C L Davies Limited, charged by a certain debenture dated on the 25th day of June 1998, given by N A & C L Davies Limited in favour of Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, Cash Wholesalers (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (South Island) Properties Limited.

The receivers and managers have been appointed jointly and severally in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property, goodwill and assets, wheresoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called, but unpaid capital.

Notice is hereby given that Frontline Business Funding Limited, being the holder of a debenture in its favour dated on the 8th day of December 1998 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 15th day of December 1998 ("the debenture") issued by Scan Audio NZ Limited (in receivership) ("the company"), hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of July 1999, under the powers contained in the debenture, it appointed Robert John Knox and Andrew James Spencer, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
