The Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1999
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:
N o t i c e
- Title and commencementβ(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1999.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Approval as requiring authorityβWatercare Services Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the upgrading, operation and modification of the Mangere Wastewater Treatment Plant at the corner of Greenwood and Ascot Roads, Mangere, Auckland, and all ancillary and associated structures or processes required for the treatment of wastewater within the areas designated for wastewater treatment plant, wastewater treatment purposes, the establishment of an odour buffer area, and the application of biosolids to land.
