The Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1999

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment, hereby gives the following notice:

N o t i c e

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Watercare Services Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1999.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Approval as requiring authority—Watercare Services Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the upgrading, operation and modification of the Mangere Wastewater Treatment Plant at the corner of Greenwood and Ascot Roads, Mangere, Auckland, and all ancillary and associated structures or processes required for the treatment of wastewater within the areas designated for wastewater treatment plant, wastewater treatment purposes, the establishment of an odour buffer area, and the application of biosolids to land.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:

Active Ingredient(s): Phenothrin 0.2%w/w.

Dosage Form: Shampoo.

NZ Sponsor: Multichem Laboratories Limited.

Manufacturer(s): Laboratoires Gilbert, Herouville-Saint-Clair Cedex, France.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the changed medicines which were referred to the Minister of Health under the provisions of section 24 (5) of the Act and are set out in the Schedule hereto:

Manufacturer(s): Laboratoires Leo SA., Vernouillet, France; and Leo Pharmaceutical Products (Lovens Kemiske Fabrik), Ballerup, Denmark.
