Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of July 1999, Deborah Jane Muir and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Transport Commercial Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated on the 3rd day of October 1991, given by that company, and a subsequent assignment dated on the 3rd day of May 1999, to replace Rodney Gane Partington and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants of Auckland.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Corporate Finance Limited, General Building, 29–33 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 30th day of June 1999, an application for putting Sturges Road Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 5th day of August 1999 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
