Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998—Nohoanga Entitlements

Pursuant to section 256 (9) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, I, David Joseph Gullen, Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby give notice that nohoanga entitlements have been created and granted to Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, on the 4th day of May 1999, over the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
