Charitable Trusts Act Notices
Application to Approve Scheme Relating to Certain Charitable Trusts Contained in the Will of the Late Isabella Phoebe Andersen
One part of Isabella Phoebe Andersen’s residuary estate was left for the Medical Research Foundation of New Zealand. This gift is unable to be carried out.
A scheme has been prepared, proposing that the gift be paid to the Health Research Council of New Zealand for its general purposes.
An application to approve the scheme will be heard in the High Court in Palmerston North on the 30th day of August 1999.
Any person desiring to oppose this scheme shall give written notice of their intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Palmerston North, the Attorney-General and the trustees, care of Grant O’Donnell, Solicitors, P.O. Box 900, Palmerston North, not less than 7 clear days before that date.

Take notice that on the 30th day of June 1999, the National Bank of New Zealand Limited by virtue of memorandum of mortgage No. C. 996429.3 (North Auckland Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 336 Redoubt Road, Manukau, Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 6C/628.
The registered office of the National Bank of New Zealand Limited is at Level Twelve, National Bank House, 170–186 Featherston Street, Wellington.

Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct Notice No. 1129; (300-A1-07)
Pursuant to section 19A (6) of the Animals Protection Act 1960, I hereby give notice that on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I have approved, on the date of this notice, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry National Centre for Disease Control Investigations, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of New Zealand Pastoral Agricultural Research Institute Limited (Wallaceville).
