Notice of Dissolution of Partnership

The partnership between Hamit Gultekin, Louise Gultekin and Mustafa Gultekin (trading as the Halikarnas Café) has dissolved from the 1st day of July 1999 with partners Louise Gultekin and Mustafa Gultekin retiring from the business.

The business continues to trade at 99 Dixon Street and the proprietor is now Hamit Gultekin.

The Registrar proposes to act under section 328 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were carrying on business or in operation, or some other reason existed for the companies to remain on the Register at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of any of the companies to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Notice in Respect of an Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

1. It is proposed that Kingston Morrison Limited amalgamate with Sinclair Knight Merz (NZ) Limited in accordance with section 221 (1) of the Companies Act 1993. Upon amalgamation, Sinclair Knight Merz (NZ) Limited will continue as the amalgamated company under the name Sinclair Knight Merz Limited.

2. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of Kingston Morrison Limited or Sinclair Knight Merz (NZ) Limited, or any person to whom either of them is under an obligation, at the registered offices being:

3.
