Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Burtlea Investments No. 41 Limited and Tanprop Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level Two, Ferry Building, 99 Quay Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have no surplus assets after paying their debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of this Act for an order putting the companies into liquidation.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 6th day of August 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar must remove the companies from the Register.
