(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9F/673 (Canterbury Registry).

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the stopped road described in the Third Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9F/673 (Canterbury Registry).

Road Realignment in Otago District — State Highway No. 87 Capburn – Kokonga

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(i) Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act and section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be acquired for road and State highway and vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(ii) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (a) of the Public Works Act, the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and will vest in the register book 9B/1364 and C.T. 14B/623.
