Declaring Land to be Community Carpark at Caversham in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be acquired for community carparking purposes and shall vest in Her Majesty the Queen on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
