Contraception, Sterilisation and Abortion Act 1977

Standard for Manufacture and Sale of Polyurethane Condoms

Pursuant to section 6 (1) of the Contraception, Sterilisation and Abortion Act 1977, I, Tuariki John Delamere, hereby approve the New Zealand Standard "NZS 7106:1998 Polyurethane Condom" for the purpose of manufacture for sale, or for selling polyurethane condoms in New Zealand.

The approval shall take effect on and after the 19th day of January 1999.
