Centrepoint Community Growth Trust

Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme

Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that the public trustee, as the Court appointed trustee of the Centrepoint Community Growth Trust, a charitable trust incorporated, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, has filed in the office of the High Court at Auckland, an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of the trusts under which the assets of the Centrepoint Community Growth Trust are held.

Copies of the existing deed of trust dated on the 22nd day of December 1977, the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General on that scheme may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland or at the offices of the Public Trust, Northern Service Centre, 323 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland.

The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 22nd day of March 1999.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland, and to the trustee, Public Trust at its Northern Service Centre, 323 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland (Private Bag 17-906, Greenlane, Auckland), and to the Attorney-General, not less than 7 clear days before the above-mentioned date.

Animal Remedies Act 1967

Licences Issued And Revoked Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 1112; Ag.154)

Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedules I, II and III have been issued as follows:

1. The licences for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licences issued, not declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies.

2. The licences for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licences issued which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies Class I and may be administered to an animal only—

   (i) By a veterinary surgeon; or

   (ii) Under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
