Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the under-mentioned companies from the Register under section 318 of the Companies Act 1993. I am satisfied that these companies have ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.

Written objections to the company’s removal, specifying the grounds relied on, can be made under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993. These must be delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at Hamilton within 20 working days of publication of this notice.

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Office Computer Solutions Limited (in liquidation) and Hanning Limited (in liquidation) (previously known as Dataworld Limited) (“the companies”), which have their registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal of the companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.
