Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for sewerage purposes and a sewerage drainage easement in gross, subject to the rights and powers as defined in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1981, is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice and both vested in the Clutha District Council at the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
