Land Transfer Act 1952

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hunt’s (Hastings) Limited:

Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in all that parcel of land containing sixty one square metres (61m²), more or less situate in Borough of Hastings, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan No. 3484, and part of Lot 1 on Deeds Plan No. 393, which said parcel of land is part of the Heretaunga Block, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 115/62, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, being property formerly held by Hunt’s (Hastings) Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 4 December 1989 and formerly having its registered office at Lower Hutt.

And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not come to my notice until the 16 June 1998.
