On the 11th day of June 1999 at the District Court at Rotorua, John William Bunt of 38B Meadowbank Crescent, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment, 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 11 June 1999, following his conviction on 11 June 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a

Mitsubishi Tredia motor vehicle, registration No. WX 6329

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 5.00 p.m. on the 11th day of June 1999.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 August 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Beverley Taylor in respect of:

The centre has merged with another centre.
