Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed receivers of Infocus Presentation Systems Limited (in receivership) on the 28th day of May 1999, under the terms of a debenture dated on the 2nd day of December 1998.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The receivers have also been appointed under the terms of a debenture dated the 11th day of December 1997.
