Order for Confiscation of Motorbike

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 28th day of April 1999 at the Youth Court at Tauranga, a confiscation of a Yamaha Motocross bike was ordered to be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle was surrendered to the Bailiff, District Court, Tauranga, on Tuesday, the 25th day of May 1999.
