Declaring Land to be Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped—Waipuna Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which shall vest in the Waikato District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1) declaring the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to the vesting of:

(a) the area marked "A" on S.O. Plan 59934 in all that land comprised in C.T. 58D/999;

(b) the area marked "B" on S.O. Plan 59934 in all that land comprised in C.T. 418/185;

(d) the area marked "H" on S.O. Plan 59935 in all that land comprised in C.T. 1213/299; and

(e) the area marked "L" on S.O. Plan 59936 in all that land comprised in C.T. 1208/142.
