Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given of a proposal to amalgamate Komano Land (1997) Limited and Komano Land Limited:

(i) A copy of the amalgamation proposal is available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either company or any person to whom the above companies are under an obligation at the registered office of the amalgamating companies (shown below) during normal business hours; and

(ii) A shareholder or creditor of either company or any person to whom either of the above companies is under any obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.
