Conservator, Canterbury, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes, and further, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, declares that the said land shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to the provisions of the latter Act classifies the reserve as a Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve, and appoints Fish and Game New Zealand to control and manage the said reserve, subject to a condition that a joint management committee be formed, comprising 2 members each from Arowhenua Runanga and the aforementioned Fish and Game New Zealand, to make future decisions on the subject land.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Hutt City Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation by reason of an error made in the legal description of the Schedule to the notice hereinafter described, hereby revokes the notice dated 25 September 1979 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 October 1979, No. 96, page 3024 and registered as Gazette notice No. 813959.1 on 9 November 1979, and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place:

That pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site for a cemetery), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
